Step 1
Please make sure you computer is connected to internet. Click "Open Network and Sharing Center"

Please click on "Set up a new conneciton or network"

Now choose "Connect to a workplace"

Now Choose "Use my Internet connection ( VPN )"

Now Enter Server Address / Hostname of VPN Server in Internet Address And Click on Next.Make sure you tick "Don't connect now; just set it up so We can connect later" ( Click here to view list of Server Address )

Now Enter your SwitchVPN's VPN Username & Password details you received in your email and click on Create.

Right click the connection you just made, and choose "Properties"

Now Select Security Tab -> Select "Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol with IPsec (L2TP /IPSec)

Now Click on Advanced Settings

Now enter the Pre shared key : switchvpn Click on OK

Now try to connect

Now enter login details and connect. Done
