Error 691 "Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain"

 

 

 

To Resolve this issue

1. Make sure your Service is Active

To do so -> Please Login to Client Area -> Click on My Services from Top Navigation

2. Make Sure Hostname you have entered is as Mentioned in your Account Details Email we Sent.

3. Make Sure you are not trying to Login with your Email as your Username . Your VPN Login Details are different from Client Area login Details.

If still problem still persist.Please submit ticket from Client Area or Live Chat with us.So we can assist you in resolving it
