How to Fix VPN Speed and Stability Issues in China
  • If you are not using SwitchVPN Software , we recommend you to download one from http://switchvpn.asia/switchvpn-application
  • Try changing protocol , if you are already using L2TP/IPsec , then change to PPTP and monitor if speed and stability improves
  • If problem still persists , click on "Advanced" in the SwitchVPN Client and change MTU Value from AUTO to 1200 then click on OK and re-connect to VPN.
If you are subscribed to Combo Pro plan , we highly recommend you to try Asia - Hong Kong, Asia - Singapore,  Asia- Japan, EU - Germany and US - Los angeles server to get fastest speed from China , If you are subscribed to Lite plan then please try following Server if VPN is still slow - New York , Washington or Miami.
