Open the menu and choose Settings

Select Wireless and Network or Wireless Controls, depending on your version of Android

Select VPN Settings

Select Add VPN

Select Add L2TP/IPsec PSK VPN

Select VPN Name and enter a descriptive name ( Eg. SwitchVPN )

Select Set VPN Server and enter Server Address / hostname: ( Please check your Welcome Email for List of Server Address / Hostname OR Click here to view list of Server Address )

Select Set IPSec pre-shared key and enter "[ L2TP Secret in Welcome Email ]"

Uncheck Enable L2TP secret

Open the menu and choose Save

How to Connect SwitchVPN

Open the menu and choose Settings

Select Wireless and Network or Wireless Controls, depending on your version of Android

Select the VPN configuration from the list

Enter your username and password (use correct capitalization)

Select Remember username

Select Connect
