Step 1

Please make sure you computer is connected to internet. Click "Open Network and Sharing Center"

Step 2

Please click on "Set up a new conneciton or network"

Step 3

Now choose "Connect to a workplace"

Step 4

Now Choose "Use my Internet connection ( VPN )"

Step 5

Now Enter Server Address / Hostname of VPN Server in Internet Address And Click on Next.Make sure you tick "Don't connect now; just set it up so We can connect later"

Step 6

Now Enter your SwitchVPN's VPN Username & Password details you received in your email and click on Create.

Step 7

Right click the connection you just made, and choose "Properties"

Step 8

Now Select Security Tab -> Select "Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol with IPsec (L2TP /IPSec)

Step 9

Now Click on Advanced Settings

Step 10

Now enter the Pre shared key : switchvpn Click on OK

Step 11

Now try to connect

Step 12

Now enter login details and connect. Done
